About

As a club we aim to help and encourage one another; run events, demos, clinics and hacks; send teams to BRC area/national competitions; and have fun! Members include everybody from happy hackers to high-level competitors in all disciplines. Certain events and clinics are members-only and are run as cost-effectively as possible. Members get preferential rates at all our open events.
Shipton Riding Club is affiliated to British Riding Clubs and operates in West Dorset, with members from the area between Axminster, Yeovil, Dorchester and the sea

Shipton Riding Club Membership 2024
Dear Members,
As many of you will be aware our current membership year runs out on Dec 31st 2023. From Jan 1st 2024 (today) BRC has implemented a new online portal for joining (or rejoining) any BRC clubs.  One of the advantages of this is that it is a rolling membership, so it runs for a full 12 months from the date of joining.
It is available through this link below:

To join you create your own account and then once joined you can see your profile at any time. The BRC members affiliation fee this year is now £24 per member but as a committee we have agreed to keep our senior and junior club fees the same.
SRC Senior Membership =£30
SRC Junior Membership = £30
Additional family members = £25
 Unfortunately, there is a processing fee added by Sport80 so they add £1.50 when you check out.
 
I hope you all find using the portal straight forward, but it is a brand-new system so there will be some hiccups along the way. Please bear with us and BRC HQ during this period. Any queries just contact me or any committee member and we will do our best to help/sort things out,

  SRC Cancellation Policy Dec 2020
 Payment is required 5 days before a clinic/event by cheque, BACs or cash to SRC. No refund can be offered if less than 5 days unless the space can be filled by someone else. A booking is only secured once paid.
